Hello I am new to this site, my name is Pamela and I live in the United States and I am trying to research my fathers side of the family for Romani/Traveller roots. The surnames I am looking into are Giles, Williams, Langridge, Dowding and Davis/Davys. I believe all these surnames can be found in the kent england area. Our family first immigrated to the United States in 1636 (Giles/Davis)but we also have The Williams and Langridge's immigrating in the middle 1800's.
