| Hi I'm Lorna, I'm not a Gypsy or Traveller but am very interested in your way of life and culture. I am a university student and am carrying out a project about Romany Gypsies in Britain. To help me with my project, I would like to speak to some Roma about their way of life and to clear up any myths that may have come from elsewhere. A large part of my study is looking at the various religious traditions that Romany Gypsies belong to.
I am therefore looking for some very kind people who wouldn't mind filling out a questionnaire via email, the questions can be answered in as much or as little detail as you like. If you wouldn't mind sparing a bit of time to help me with this please could you email me at 090973@live.smuc.ac.uk.
Any help at all would be much appreciated, many thanks. |

| Lorna - I am happy to help if I can. I am Rom in USA. Clan originally from Central Europe (Croatia). We arrived USA in the late 1800s - and are now very much "assimilated" (not "Old School" traditional). |

| Hi, thank you for getting back to me. My study is mainly focussing on Roma living in Britain however it would be great if you could help me as you could help me compare with Roma who live in other parts of the world. If it won't take up too much of your time, would you mind filling in a questionnaire for me please? Please could you send me your email address either by posting it on here or sending an email to me at 090973@live.smuc.ac.uk and I will send you the questionnaire. |
