| hi there have been a few born again christian amongst the travellers for years,but of course davy jones brought it back from france when he heard of johnlecossec who did so much for the roms to become christians.i run a bornagain christian romany site. www.christiaromanichals.com if anyone cares to join.it belongs to everyone to post and make comments as long as no one is rude about our Lord.i have seen big changes amongst the families especially the men when they become born again.and the healing miracles that have taken place are fantastic of Gods love.i love the song will there be gypsies in heaven? i always answer you bet there will be!!!love and God bless cathayb |

I have nothing aginst your born again religion, I respect all religions, as long as they pronouns the name of our Lord, but to talk about mirecles, it is by my way of thinking, is going to far! for me only our Lord had the power to do mirecles, so I hope I did not hurt your feeling, and about that song that a Gypsy can go to heaven, why not we are only human. and the children of our Lord

no you didnot hurt my feelings.everyone is entitled to their beliefs and freedom of choice but if you believe the bible to be Gods word for us(and i do)then you have to abide by his ways.o the subject of miracles.i know of many miracles that have taken place because of Gods hand on a persons life.here is one on my own miracles that God worked in my life.

CATHAY BIRCHS TESTIMONY;I have many testimonies of His work in my life but this is how it all began.My family were not believers and i gave up God with father xmas.After all if they had told me porkers about santa claus and the tooth fairy they had proberly told porkers about God aswell!!When i was 9 I became ill with at that time an incurable illness.my eyes turned out to the side,i could hardly walk,i couldnt write,i bumped into things,my speech became slurred and no one could understand me,my head hung down on my chest,i wrote a poem soon after i was better entitled Look at the prisoner laid on the bed.That was how i had felt.they told my perants i would die in my early 30s and i had to take pills day and night every 4 hours but even then my muscles just did not respond to my mind and i felt useless.when i was 14 a young man invited me to church.There i heard that there was a man called Jesus who was God.that He used to heal people and was still doing so today.i also heard that if you had faith the size of a mustard seed you could move a mountain!i went home that night and simply prayed Jesus if your there would you heal me?i am sure i have as much faith as a mustard seed.amen. well the next morning i awoke perfectly normal,no more pills.my Mum rushed me to the hospital,she couldnt understand what was happening.they sent particulars and questions to the world health people in Geneva.They wrote back it was a miracle unexplainable in medical terms!!!at this point I was not saved,i didnt even know what saved meant but I knew God had healed me.3 years later i walked into a pentecostal church and heard the gospel.i was saved,born again.I have walked with Jesus now for 40 years(and it dont seem a day too long as the song says)i know the Lord healed me for a season,now i prefer to say He recovered me and gave me 35 wonderful years in which i had my daughter(the doctors had said i would never have children)and i have experienced many things and had a wonderful life here on earth.5 years ago my illness came back.but treatment has improved and i can lead a near normal life.I think the Lord had to slow me down and let me meet some wonderful people who also have myasthenia gravis.i dont mind abit,i will be changed and fully healed when i go to meet Him.i know that I cant die ever.oh my body might if the Lord tarries but I wont.Jesus paid the price in full for my sins and i am BORNAGAIN.I WONT DIE I WILL GO TO BE WITH MY FATHER IN HEAVEN.PRAISE THE ALMIGHTY. |
