Hello my friends.
Well you know I have been kind of lonely out here in this great big world, and shy cuz some people mistreat me. So I look on the web for interesting forums that are active so I can have some viable little relationship with some people a little bit you know. But boy o boy I go in and look around and the people are not nice to each other, they are like vultures Pecking at dead meat, I dont understand this. Why dont they help each other instead of finding the weakest one to devour? Is this all that men are? So I go in, try maybe spread some good cheer, ya fine for a little while, then they descend to pick me apart.
Is this how the world should be?
Is this how the world has always been?
Is this how the world will always be?
And now what must I do? I makes me want to hate, but I dont want to hate.

I agree with you, these days people are nasty and out for what they can get. I think this site is nice with genuine people so you stick with us.
There are too many goody 2 shoe people now and they know nothing at the end of the day, making stupied rules etc. At my doctors there was a play corner with toys for the kids, health and saftey has closed it due to the toys not being sterilised!! I can't see this world getting any better. The trouble is people have lost the basics in life,I always if you lose nature you have lost everything.
Maybe there will be another big war to sort life out, hope not, but there must be something. Years ago you could walk down the street and not be frightened, leave your house unlocked, neighbours looked after each other, now none of that exists. We are missing discipline with kids, letting bad people get away with things and it seems everyone goes in to great debts to have the latest gadget, what happened to working hard and saving up for that special something, made you apprieciate it more.

Hello Jimmy and other forum members,
I've not posted here before, but have read through many of the threads and have been really impressed with the level of respect shown by contributors. And have learned heaps along the way! So thanks, everyone.
"Flaming" is, unfortunately, not something new. I first came across it in discussion groups over 20 years ago when many fewer people were using the Internet, found it distasteful then, and still do. Thing is, it's not necessary. Sure, sometimes you might instinctively react negatively to something someone says or writes, or deeply disagree, but there's always a way of responding to get your views across without attacking the person. Thing is, in my experience at any rate, it takes time to think how to put views across which clearly state what you think but which aren't confrontational, and I think that is where the problem lies. A case of "act in haste, repent at leisure", perhaps? Or maybe some people just like an on-line fight - strange, sad even, but just a fact?

Oops, sorry! "Flaming" is what nasty and personal e-mails and group postings used to be called. Sort of like a dragon torching something. (Not sure if that's what it's called nowadays.)

I also worry for the younger ones, its hard enough for them now, let alone in 10 yrs plus time. I still think nature will help in some way, such a powerful force, everything will get turned around again. I think all of us here should run the country! Lyz |

| My dear Lyz, Bad vibrations, every one has, but in a diffrent ways,my advice to you is be always optimistic, if you believe in God like I do, he will by all means,reverse this situation, on our earth, that He so wonderfully created, I just cannot believe that he will let this warming of the world the change of climate etc, etc, will destroy our world. we the whole world must give a hand to our lord to clean our world of this plaque,which called polution, X president Al Gore, of the U.S. and Tony Blair of England, I thing will be the champions of this noble war against polution, we must win this war, or God have mercy apon our souls Victor |

There are cures for these problems that are now nearly ready.
A machine that makes huge amounts of electric power from sea water, and this machine is simple and cheap to build.
Better batteries for electric cars that hold more power and cost less.
There is a way to carry hydrogen in a water bucket.
There is a car that runs on compressed air.
A machine you put garbage in and you get electric power out. This machine can power a city.

| Dear lyz, you are worried about our small children 10 years from now, well to tell you the truth every night I think about this situation, believe me I have a great grand child not to mention my grand daughters and sons, Slowly but surely the world will clean our world for all to live in a invierment that was at least half a century or more, ago have faith my Daughter, in God, because faith removes montains,i am sure that billions of people pray the way I do for this to come true, this I know very well, that is why God has to listen to us, Victor. |

| Dear Jimmy, i have heard about these things that you wrote,they are wonderfull, but you forgot one thing you must aplay it, and not every one thinks about the polution, or the warming of the world, the secret to this is make new laws to punish people who will not abey the laws which must be given by the leaders of the world who specificly work to clean our world , like men to watch our forests, not to be destroyed, like our water to be cleaned, like our fauna to be intact, etc, etc,this I am sure will help our sick woorld to be cured, then I am sure slowly but surely our world will be saved, with the help of God, Victor! |
