Hi Kilby, Pennines sound lovely, is it like Emmerdale? Could live there. Its like a world of our own here in the middle of fields, then go outside the gate and its houses and towns, there is a lot of countryside here but too many people and yobs. I spent an hour in the garden today cutting back dead stuff, so sunny, cold now but it was nice to get outside, in the summer I'm never in, been known to sleep out there! I he lost 1/2 stone, loads to go!! Lyz |

Hi Kilby, you can't go giving me your tatters cart, that is something special that you made, a family heirloom. I took the photo last week, it looks summery cos of the evergreen trees, an hour later it was white with frost. Posh House!!! HA! No its not, we have a skip business, which might be sold soon, goverment new laws put an end to all small businesses, so a lot of our stuff has come out of skips!! Not posh!! I don't buy new stuff, sometimes the odd item of clothes, like sofa we just bought, 2nd hand, don't go in for the expensive stuff they sell in shops its not well made and theres too many bargains on Ebay!! I am after a dinner table and chairs on there, £700 new, only 6 months old and I reckon I can get it for £150, more money than sense some people. My Crystal has a council flat and littl'n has just started ballet, Crys felt intimidated by the other Mum's, snobs, talking about their new cars, kitchens etc I said to Crys she was better than any of them, they must be bored and probably have credit up to their eyeballs and are materialistic and aren't down to earth people, I said I go next time but she won't let me!! She's scared I'll tell them we are gypsy, I think they can see that!! Need bringing back to earth!! I bought a couple of gypsy photo's from the market, I'll try to take a pic of them this week, they are common, seen them before, you might know who the family are, they are from Leeds in 1937. Lyz |

| Hi Lyz, ive already said it now so cart is yours if you get up there. Ill take picture of it an send it to you on e mail on here if i can do it. Ican send pictures an stuff on ordinary hot mail. Our lad is no interest in family history or gypsy ,carts , old photos or anythin like that. Total diffrent to me, i was sat at me mammys knee or me fathers an took in tales from "olden days " like a sponge ha ha. I already gave chizzy a bow top wagon i made at same time as cart (he was over moon ) a very nice one. I gave him it when he bought his open lot last year. So yere in skips eh? mini up here now is 55 pound, how much down you way? Like ya say, money is no good to some people. More ya give them more they want. When i came back from falkland me an baby sell an old cottage we had ann bundle all we had an bought thi place we live now for cash. Never had anythin on chucky, wouldnt dream of it. Send pic if you can but even though im old git now an complete wi photo for bus pass i cant go back to 1937 ha ha.See ya------kilby------ |

Hi Kilby, HA! I didn't mean you personally knew the people n the pics! I meant it is a common pic and you might have heard or seen it and know the family name, I bought it cos the man leading the horse looks like my cousin John. I'll have to get back to you on the mini skip prices, the big ones are £110 but now you have to pay £90 tipping fee, hard to make a living out of them and keeping the lorries on the go, £1000 in diesal every week and rent for the yard is a killer, used to do it here on the farm but neighbours complained to the council about the noise of the lorries. I got my warehouse details if Baby wants them, cheap new clothes, good makes, won't put it on here, can't do with competition on Ebay. Email lyz@dsl.pipex.com. Get that nose sorted! I didn't get mrsa when I had my knees done! |

Hi Kilby, Yes its Email address. Going to the zoo and having them all here until tonight has worn me out. We had a nice time, very cold that day. We saw a 3 week old Elephant, so cute. I know that a lot of people get that super bug, it is scary, Leslie Ash the actress got it and she was in a wheel chair for ages. Got a lot to do for shop, got well behind. Too knackered tonight, bath, cocoa and bed for me! Catch you tomorrow, Lyz |
