Kilby, my friend,
Now i'm certain i know ya from somewheres!
I was born in York, but me mam was born in Slaithwaite (sloughit to me and thee! LOL!), another village in the Pennines!
I know the area well - as i spent alot of time there as a kiddie.

Yup - i know the "Butterfly" - see all 5 generations of us women had the "sight" or "gift" as some call it.(Same 5 generations who were born in August!)

AH! now to see that cottage for real would be a gem indeed - makes me think i'm not completely loco! LOL!

Sithee alately,as me grandma would say,
All the best to you and yours,
Shahnee

If you think i lie - just ask and i'll prove you wrong

Hi ya Kilby,

Well the funeral went as well as it could - considering!
I still can't believe the amount of folk that showed up! Over 400, at least, and they had to get stacking chairs from the hall, unbelievable!
There were coachs come from London and further a field as Bradford!
Ah but when the funeral drey came with two black horses - you should have seen the faces of some of the locals!! LOL!
Still it was a good send off, shall miss me Uncle Sonny and his rye humour tho!

Got your photos, nice! N have emailed you back with a couple of me own! Enjoy! LOL!

Take care o thee sen and all the best,
Shahnee
