Good evening Victor.
Having got my motor-home parked at a good site with all the facility and with the electric supply I am settled down to spent the winter here.
Well there is something I want to discuss about: The presentation of the Gipsy Romany. Who or whose are right to present the Romances? That the question and it’s more important we could ever imagine. When somebody stands for his people, one thing must be clear, very clear, and it is, who ever he will be, he cannot be a person without any real knowledge, without an ability speaking language or roper writing.
Even the highest everlasting value and virtue among the Romany people which are that the proper Romany must be unpolished and uneducated I dare to say, there will be neither place nor use for that sort of candidate any more and there is now blowing new winds and I don’t stop believe that one day there will be find a somebody who is able to stand up and takes the post to be the first self-educated intelligent Romany who makes his program all to hear and who understand that without discipline there will be no success, and the makes the Romany in every countries to understand that thy must accept the important one which up to day no one of gypsies have accept; the follow the inductions of you leaders.
Sad to say that almost all the gipsies who have tried to represent their people haven’t find the idea what they want to present because their have had just a dim idea of the mater.
The s consciousness, idealism and intellect, there are the tree inseparable personal qualities need to be good leader of the civil right movement.
There the gypsies have moaned and accused to been oppressed, now and always, there the real civic right fighter say, as James Baldwin said. “ This world is white no longer, and it will never be white again.

my dear friend you are right we have to have a very educated actavist, to represent us, to the world, for your information we have even professors , like Ain Hancock, in the U.S. who wrote many books about the holocaust, and also many other books about us, he even talked to ex President Clinton, and Cinton offerd him a job, I dont know what work was it, and besides we have many Gypsies in E.U. who are deputies in the Parlament of that country were they live, who represent us, even I recieved a letter from the Human Right head quaters in Swissterland to be an independent acvtivist, just because I wrote a few books wth some success, no my friend, We the Roma/Gypsies are at fault, because those deputies I wrote you above. are mostly all corrupt, and they do not do anything for the benefit of our ignorent Gypsies, and the Ignorent people when they find out that some benefit has been done for them like pensions or money to be divided amongst the poor ignorent Roma, they want to go out and find that deputy and beat the hell out of him, saying that he has cheated them, so you see, as for these good deputies who are not corrupt, are also condemd with the bad ones, no my friend we have still a long way to go, to be normal like any other etnic race, these ignorent Gypsies do not let the activits to work, as for me I am 78 years old what the, Human Rights asked me to do, I will decide later, because in Brasil there is practicaly no dicrimination, and yet there are ignorent Gypsies who have convinced the local government to help them, and they got it I don`t even know what type of help it was, any way I and my family practicaly don`t mix with the local Gypsies, because out of 10 of them only 3 can write thier name, and still they come to me sometimes to ask if I can help, with some ducuments or any other things because they know that I have contact with Activits in EU, and the Human rights, if only God would give some sense to these people In EU, and try to live peacefully abiding the law, and get rid of our bad apples, I am sure that the rest will one day find the peace we are looking for, for centuries

With delight I receive your message, big thanks for it. At first I have say that I have tried to order you books by bookshop but no succeed the girl there saying she cannot find it.
All right let em' be for awhile I will later try once again, Yes, I too, want that the young educated Romany people take the duty to represent one’s people.
There is not room to incapable persons with no knowledge of proper language, and before all -without any vision. The time is hard and there will be not respect for those who remain ignorant, the music alone is not enough to win anything permanent - so there must be put forward the bests of the nation.
Too many Romany deny the intellectual way to think and not wan to establish the movement on reasonable demands, but let me say that there have never been any movement like of civil right without leading group of intellectualists who only can get the change to begin.

My dear friend Roga, it is woderful to hear from you again, I want you to know that now I am writing short stories for the web side Romani roots, there you will find on the right side of your pc the title of my book, the memories of a Gypsy, I hope you will injoy it, as for the other short stories they are here on JF, just see the current articals and you will find it, here also on your left side of your pc. you will find the name of my book, just click on it and you will find my stories one by one only mine. I hope I am clear please answer me if you found them, as for my books I also wrote another one it is called the magic power of life, these books are now for sale only in the U.S. if you will click on google my full name Victor Vishnevsky you will see where my books can be bought,, any way about the Human rights that invited me to be an independent Activist, at my age is a tough nut to crack, never the less I am fighting for my people no matter what clan, this time my weopen is my pc, write to importent people and to all my Gypsy Activist, who work with me not to stop, fighting not with violence but deplomacy, for our rights, don`t forget now we are in 20 millions strong through out the world, the last time that 7 of our men were killed in Hungary with no aperant reason, at the cemetary there were more the 5000 Gypsies mourning for this men, and also when in Italy when those two young Roma/Gypsy girls drawned and were left on the sand as if nothing has happend, we also protested in front of the Italian Embassy in England and also in Sweden, together there more then 10.000 Gypsiies protesting, what I want to say to day we the the Gypsies can do what we never dream of doing, to show the world that we exist, and live and let live

My dear Cam, under the circumstances, we the Roma/Gypsies have never had this chance, in this world of ours to show the world, via these comunication systums world wide, to let the people in general to know that we are not the people that they think we are, there are Gypsies and Gypsies, which are so diffrent from one anather like the day and night, today I still insist that we are better off then lets say a century ago, but let us say that not as a whole, the ignorent Gypsies are still at large, and giving us Activists a big head ache, but never the less, I will fight till my last breath, to bring our race in the family of the world.

| My dear friend Roga,thank you for your kind words, and thank you for trying to buy my books you must have a book store by the name of Barnes & Nobles, I am sure you will find them there, I wanted to ask you, of course if you don`t mind, where are you from, I don`t have to tell you where I am from because I think, you alredy know through my short stories on Romani Roots and on JF,where I am from, but just in case I will let you know I am a pure Gypsy,that I was born in China, and now I have settled with my family in Brazil, that is a half a century ago,that I left from, China to Iran, and then to Brazil as a matter of fact not bad for a non traveling Gypsy!the fact is I never slept in a wagon, we call it vurdon, or a tent for that matter, but I used to visit our Roma/Gypsies in their tents, on weddings or feasts, specialy the Kelderasha clan, our langauge is nearly identical so we had no problem to comunicate, I think I have said enough.

Hallo Victor.
I was reading you short stories of the period you were in China, in Chan Hai, that city which have been so well known among the international sailors, and of many books and films as well.
.All in all you bio indicate you being lead very interesting life; at first been born in Russian, then the time of post-war in China during the time and in the place which could very well be called as the most eventful period in the heart of the East. I am appreciating everything I read and as I said; I will find your books to read all them.
So, it seems that you mush have plenty of material of which to write – in addition, - the idea to be a Romany, among all that.
Well, you were inquiring of my domicile; and the answer is that I was born in Finland, and holding the citizen as Finnish but I feel rather be as an ‘Internationalist’ in the way as the Russians are calling the men who is travelling at large and I have did it. Now being living in Estonia as retired seafarer I have serviced in merchant navy for nearly forty years and travelled during my time quite many countries.
