Hiya Folki, I was given this site address by my cousin. I've spent a few hours reading up then a few hours writing a post that seemed to disappear! So as it's now 4am i'm gonna make it short(er). I'll keep it to a quick hello for now and hope that my original post magicaly reappears. I'm a lurcher!! My great granny was a Scamp, not sure about great grandfather. Granny & mother are gordjas, so i'm a tad diluted. However there is romani blood in these veins. Take care, kushti bok

Hiya Nomadbill, hope you and yours are well

Hee hee... you're not "diluted", you're Nomadbill - bet your blood is as thick and red as mine and I'm not Roma - unless you drink way too much water and make endless trips to the loo, giggle

Chekya later then dude

Hiya all, thanks for the welcome

Bang, no horses i'm afraid. only ridden once and that was on holiday in Cyprus, i'm a wee fella and them horses are big old things!! Yeah Nomadbill - sounds good eh? There is a reason for it, i'm hoping to go off travelling round the world for a year. Also not got a place of my own since last June so sort of gone back to my roots - got stopping places dotted about here & there, wheels & a big bag with washing stuff & clothes - Freedom!!

Dinah, sites great, loads of info and an insight into how my ancestors lived, been a house dweller for all but 2 years of my life.

Bajan, you're right dude, we all bleed & poop the same, no matter of creed, race, religion!

Take care all, Kusti bok

Hee hee... how do y'all guys manage to stay up so late at night?  Most nights I'm tucked in and sleeping before 8:00pm.  Try to read or listen to music, but don't usually last more than 1/2 hour or so... then I'm in dreamland.  Reading "Shantaram" by Gregory David Roberts for the 2nd time - amazing story fa real man - tellinya true, true.

Not pleasant when one can't step into dreamland... warm bath, cocoa and soft music sounds good to me!  There's another way besides alcohol and you won't have yucky side effects next morning - good for releasing stress too - leave it up to you to figure out.  Are you scratching your head, giggle?  OK, here's a hint... extra soap and another mug!  Hey maaaan, its Friday and I'm in a good mood.
