hi setaside not heard of herons taking eggs before, maybe i've not lived , I had a hawk in my garden yesterday plucking a pigeon, lucky for the pigeon the hawk went one way and the pigeon the other when i opened the door,
I watched a heron taking my neighbours fish came every morning about 5.30, he /she stood watching and waiting till the fish moved up to a place that was'nt covered then took the biggest, no word of a lie i could see it being swallowed , the neck was bulging , made my day ,cause ive not got time for anti socials.

| Hi Kilby, yes the poor thing has a cut on his face, a slash on his side and lots on his legs,I dab them all with the stuff they use in ops to stop germs everyday, most of his long fur on his legs is missing, I think he has had a bad time, if I find who has hurt him I will do what is necessary. Its surprising that he is so affectionate, he's started to put on weight and has a run around. Lyz |

Hi Lyz,just seen ya logged on "sounds like somthin offa star trek ha ha " They pulled on site tday an dragged that drive off for us so we can finish the blockin, i forgot the pics of horse o course, i was late gettin there coz its thursdy as i give the baby the injecsion. Nurse let me do it an no problem, we had the craic an she said i,m up an runnin an she dont have to ccome nex week so i,m nearly a docter now ha!
He couldnt give a price without lookin at him but when i said was he "cut" yesterday i meant was he a geldin, by the lok o the pics i,d say he isnt old enuff to be cut. How old is he ? Jimmy said if he came from ireland then the featherin on his legs could a burn off if he was left in boggy ground (bog is acid ) but is no harm an will grow back.
I.ll e-mail ya on you home address later bout other job. take it easy------kilby------

Hi all, friday again t.g. an me robins was waitin for me when i got in from work tday. The old birds are straight on the wall where i have me feeder for em an outa the spuds an onions there comes a burst o young uns an all of em wi there yeller craws wide open an jiggin there wings to say FEED ME FEED ME ha ha ,its luffly to see. The young uns dont have no red breast yet for if they did then the old birds would see em off an like as not would kill em so they ony turns red when there old enough to fend for there seves an then there on there jacksy.
Lyz, ya know whats happened beyond an we should be off for another funral ( just like Christina said ) well the baby isnt good enough to travel yet even though plenty o famly who are goin have offered to take her with em so i,m fraid it look like we,ll have to give it a miss this time. It could be as early as Sunday, they seem to bury people lot quicker over there.
Clueless, hows it goin with you , did ya get a boil outa your runner beens yet. Mine are doin veery poor this time but me spuds, onions an stuff is doin great. If i took a fancy for robin pie i,d be well off now but me heart isnt in it ha ha. When this thing came alive again i had 124 e-mails, good job i,ve got Lyz as me secatery ha ha.
Hope evrybody bin playin nice but can feel as if theres been stormy waters gone through. all best-----kilby----- |

Hi all, wheres Setaside? hope he,s still about, an what bout Mickaleen, has he bin banned or taken the hough or sumthin?
Clueless, i tried the grated cheese an they loves it, makes a change for em i suppose, jus like us eh.
New head buttin dog "woody" looks a belter Lyz, why dont ya show him on here? How bout Tinker ? any sign of him or has the quare fella got shut?
If theres any body knows anythin bout birds (feathery kind ) well one o me tame robin chicks has its bottom jaw set at an angle ( kinda like a crossbill ) an it finds it very hard to pick its food up. Wondered what its chances were, i,m surprise its lasted this long all best for now-------kilby------ |
