| Hello all, I was told about this forum by my good friend Kerry, my name is Chris Penfold Brown, from the Penfold and Frankham clan's. I live in Sussex, and work from home. I'm looking forward to Kerry's open day on the 11th Oct. and it will be nice to meet people from this forum. I've posted at last Kerry. Chris. |

Latcho Divus Shahnee, thanks for the welcome, I see you dont lie ! that's kushti lol. yes Kerry is a interesting youngish man lol, I meet him a few years back at a Romany Roots meeting in Horsham Sussex. it turned out that Kerry's wife and myself are second cousin's.

LOL.I feel a little lost these past few days with the sudden demise of Lee Boy's site.What a shame that he had to shut down because of dinlo bucket mouths posting offensive material.Brace yourself though,if it's internet gangsters and virtual internet Gypsies on line then check out some of the jank mooey posts on here,BUT,there is a strong brigade of decent honest people on here that outway the bad apples easily,and it's a free country with freedom of speach. HEY EVERYBODY, CHRIS PENFOLD BROWN IS A ROMANY POET,SHE HAS A BOOKLETTE OUT WITH HER WORK IN AND WHAT A CLEVER TALENTED WOMAN SHE IS.IT MUST RUN IN THE HER FAMILY AS ELI FRANKHAM WAS HER 1st COUSIN,AND HE WROTE SOME VERY INTERESTING POETRY. Chris,there is a great discussion going on at the moment over on the forum board of the ROMANI ROOTS site,if you can't Google it then please ask Shahnee for the link and her email adress,you will meet her at Selborne next week. You'e more then welcome! Oooppss! Forgot about the tagline, put that on some time ago when i came back to rokker with ppl, it's a long story n not very interesting! LOL!
So it's nothing personnel, i assure you. Honesty always being my policy - won't say i have never told a "white lie", havn't we all? LOL! But i will say that i have never lied about owt that matters.
So Kerry is a yougish man, is he? That makes me a youngidh woman! LOL! I like that!

Hi Kerry,
Really looking forward to finally meeting you and will hopwfully be bringing at least one other member with us - actually it's the younger members that are interested in coming the most - but it's also their spare time - so we will have to see exactly how many can actully make it!
Oh just remembered - you have my email addi, you can pass it to Chris if you want, save me posting it again, that's if you wouldn't mind? Thanks.
Anf you are right - that discussion is going great guns, isn't it?! LOL!

Yea Kerry, I was so upset with Leeboy's forum shuting down too,But it seem's a friendly tan here hey!:D you have done a bit of bragen me up I see, with fohki like you around, I wont have to do it for myself will I :wow: thanks my youngish friend. CU next week.
Looking forward to meeting you Shahnee at Selborne, and in the mean time I'll wait for Kerry to send me your e-mail add.

Nice to meet you on here Chris :o) and it was lovely meeting those who went to Selbourne. I am not a big fan anymore of forums as sadly there does seem to be a handful of dinlos out there who spoil things for the decent folki out there. I didn't use that forum, but I am sorry to hear about Lee Boy closing it, that sucks don't it. Couldn't u just block the dinlo's IP address Lee?
Anyway lovely meeting you Gypsy Hawkins and Shanee I much prefer to rokker face to face and I hope I will be able to attend future Romani Roots Events, but I'll leave my bitti chavie with the old folkies (my parents) next time as bless her she gets sleepy and it didn't help she still wasn't 100% today. See I did warn you my daughter and I don't look related, LOL. |
