Hello everyone...34 years through my life journey so far, I'm just beginning my Folki(?!) journey... I started researching my family tree a few months back, and have made some amazing discoveries. My paternal grandparents passed away when I was young; the family were quite fractious; dad never used to talk about the rest of the family - he passed away a few years back leaving lots of questions. Anyhow, I got in touch ith some distant cousins who have filled in lots of blanks...I was very suprised and proud to hear my Paternal grandparents were both Vardo dwelling Welsh Kale. This discovery seemed to fit so well with my life - I love to travel, have always been close to 'the land', hate being stuck in one pkace for too long, and love old folk tales...who knows, maybe its in my blood I guess!!
Anyhow, my current lifestyle couldn't be further from that of my Kale ancestors, but I'm looking forward massively to this part of my life...
