My grandfather on my fathers side was walking about in Sweden and made baskets that he sold in the wilidges . In winter times he tok work for some farmer and was working in the forest . When he married the socialworkers sad no to that kind of life , so they gave him a hous and job . but my father was born in that log cabin , where they lived with many other men . My grandmother was cocking and cleaning . This was ca 1910-20 . Today I am tired of people that know everything about you , just by looking . To afraid to stay and talk . I sometimes feel like I am in prison . My dream would be a home on weals and a hors in front . If uoy are living that kind of life feel fre to tell me about it O like to know more . To respond to Kilby and others that are interested . Ther are some gypsi families in Sweden , to of them are Swartz , they are from two families one from Finland and one from Germany . Then ther are Dimiter-taikon with Katarina not alive any more and still living Rosa . Katarina was famous for her boks about gypsi lifes and also the seris about katitsi . A childrens boks , they wher also used in shools for theaching about rasism and mobbing . I think almost all girls in my age have at some point read Katitzi books . She wher fighting for gypsi rights all her life . Also her sister is strongli engage in politiks for helping gypsis and tattare our travellers . She is also a famous jewellery maker , in silver like many in her clan . She has had exebisions in many museums and galleries , and sold jewellery all over the world . They have ther own hompaiges . Gypsies and travellers in Sweden has ther own assosiation for help , Resandefolket . In februari was Rosa Taikon on tellevison and talkd about her life and her jewellery making .
