hello kilby my jinneyengro its really late and i'm tired and will have a long day travelling but ya know me computer addict that i am i had to have me 10 mienets for i go to bed cus been to busy to day, i've work the s*** out of me lol getting everything ready to go and runing around getting things we needed to take with us i clean the place from top to bottom so i would come home to a clean home but thinking about it pearly cant come down to saturday so the place will be a tip when i get back anyways lol
its funny everyone got diffent ideas on what makes a gypsy a gypsy and everyone will think 100% they are right lol but we cant all be right or can we?
i see meself as a gypsy beacuse thats the way i been brought up to be a gypsy and in my eyes for anyone to truely be a gypsy they have to have had the same up bringing as me when i say that i dont say it to hurt anyone feelings or agast anyone i am just being honest whats in me heart and in me heart dna makes no diffrnce cus if ya aint had our up bringing then ya cant be us no matter how much ya want to, vince said if not for a ship ride then maybe a man in amarca who see's hisself as a gypsy would be just like me and i would see him as a gypsy but the thing is he did make that ship ride and that changed everything for him and his family after him, just like the life paths we take change our lifes, once ya take a path in life ya cant go back and see it all the same again things have changed for you and how poeple see you, i am a gypsy my children are gypsies but will my granchildren be ? that depends on the life paths my children take my oldest daughter is marrying a gypsy so she is on the path to her chilldren being gypsies i hope my other two children follow the same path but only time will see, this is our i see things and a man in amarca see's them completly diffrent and i will never be the one to say to him he is wrong for maybe i am, but still i see it the way i do and he sees it the way he do and maybe we are both right for our right is right for each of us i am right to me and he is right to him and to the loard about we are all just his children there is no gypy gorger to him to him we is just his children and maybe thats the way it should be with all of us in a ideal world we would all be just poeple that help and love each other ...if only that could be....rambling on abit aint i lol just typing as i think and not typing a paln lol just thought from a divvy brain lol that is over tired so maybe not working as well has it should lol anyways my dear freind i will see you when i get back and i am looking farward to meeting you cus out of all the poeple i have meet on the net you is me fav cus ya have the bigest heart, just like meself lol xxxxx rosie |

Well after looking at a fewDNA sites still confused !LOL but what I reckon
is very simple there are two ways of looking at ones origins ,the first is
scientifically whereby you have a test and it will tell you that your original
ancestors were from X Place ?
But say it was a country or Continent that you have nevr been to or
experienced etc for over 500 years then you would feel no connection and if you
turned up in say Mongolia the locals would look at you and say look at the
English man (or whatever) .
Then there is the "Romany" well say with out shadow of a doubt that you
tested Romany from one of the old families but you were born in say Peru or
Argentina then obviously thats how you would be seen to others and just as the
English man in Mongolia would been seen as a tourist so would you as aa pruvian
even though you may have come from the Romany and so it ends up I think as two
kinds of Romany as seen by most people the ones that are Romany by their birth
and ancestors and the Romany that Romany because of their rearing and upbringing
and being brought up in the Gypsy lifestyle and Culture ?and the Irony is there
are loads that other Romany see as such and yet in reality the people have no
romany blood or very little but were brought up and lived that life among the
others and so are accepted ? even thiough they arnt the same (DNA Romany ) So as
i see it ther are 2 types of Gypsies, one way the people say you have to
live and be among the culture regardless of blood and the others who are full
blood but havent lived the life culturally and so are not accepted by their own
blood? which in one way shows how silly all this is ?at the end of the day you
are what you are born and and how you have been brought up how you live your life ? So I think that its a different issue involved, as in a way both are right in peoples minds but technically only 1 is scientifically correct?  |

| hi gang, that soult a come up wi a poem by robert frost called the road less travelled but bein the eejit that i am i don know how to make it go onto here, is worth a look anyways spesialy when we talkin bout how folki take diffrent paths no matter what happened to make em take certin ones, some had no choice an was forced down a path an others took the road less travelled jus by a whim an some met folki on the paths they chose an i for one found my meetin wi certin folki to be serendipitous an thas the truth , see ya when ya gets back alanuff xx |
