Gypsies – Who are Ya! 

A celebration of Traveller Heritage at Hartlebury

  • Your browser may not support display of this image. See our fabulous collection of Gypsy Caravans in the Transport Gallery.
  • Meet John Barker & Peter Ingram , experts in the field of Gypsy life and wagon restoration. They will be onsite during the event to sign their fabulous new book "Romany Relics". Meet them and buy their book at the Cottage Books stand.
  • Meet historian Mary Horner and Romany Road. Mary likes to hear your stories of life on the road, visit her website at www.romanyroad.co.uk for further details.
  • Enjoy performances by Folk BandThe Compost Band
  • Watch falconry displays from the Falconry Centre.
  • Join Storyteller Helen East for true Travellers' Tales.
  • See basket making demonstrations with Jenny Pearce and make a willow fish or two!
  • Meet groups from the Worcestershire Gypsy Roma Traveller Partnership in the Carriage Circle.
  • Climb aboard the Comput@bus and find out about family history!
  • Have your face painted!
