Salt water is a great healer.
- A good soaking of feet in salt water after a hard days graft will clean up cuts and sores from any infection.
- It is also good for mouthwash.

whaaa heeey! I love this kind os thing!
Tomato sauce smeared on your brass ornimenta an that, will bring em up a treat when wiped off with a damp cloth and then buffed up afterwards!
Vinegar an washing up liquid is the best thing for cleaning your windows and mirrors! For a nicer smell you can use lemon or lime juice ... but vinegar is just as good an is cheaper too

I love this sort of thing too!! Did you know that if you have bleached or hi lighted your hair and it goes dull or yellowy you can wash your hair in tomato sauce and it brings it back to it's colour when it was first done! And if you have a cold, finely chop a raw onion, put half a few bits of the onion onto a tea spoon, pour Brandy over it and sprinkle with sugar and it's supposed to cure your cold! Never tried it myself but let me know if it works eh?

Another great one is do not use cotton buds in your ears as they can cause damage.
Instead, put a couple of drops of olive oil into your ear before bed and plug your ear with a bit of cotton wool.
The olive oil will disolve any wax and it will collect on the cotton wool.

This way is safer an works better.

It is safe as it was a pharmacist that told me.

I used to do this when I was a teenager, when you've washed your hair, beat two eggs together and rub into your hair, makes a great hair conditioner and a lot cheaper too! You can also use vinegar as hair conditoner, it makes it really soft and shiny but the only problem is your hair smells like a Fish & Chip shop! Well you can't have everything! Kushti Bok!

Beer is supposed to be good for a hair rinse! Apple/cider vinegar is a good hair tonic, and olive oil on your hair will be a good conditioner, warm it first befor applying.

Hot water with a bit of washing-up liquid and vinegar is the best thing to clean windows and mirrors (glass)!!

A raw potato rubbed over the mirrors in your bathroom is supposed to prevent them from steaming up!

For a cold, I krush Ginger and put in a tea with Lemon. Eat a lot of Garlic. It will cure the cold in 1-2 Days. For stomach ache I use Pepermint Tea or just rub pepermint oil on Belly & put a little on finger and tap on tongue, Usually it is gone instantly. For soar throat I gargle with lavender Goes away quick if you add a couple of drops of lavender oil in water and Gargle (don't Swallow). For cuts and Burns use Lavender oil Dirrectly on area, has worked many times for me. To clean eyes, use Lemon, But it hurts a lot!!!! Main rule as a herbolagist is "When in doubt use Lavender"

Some women during pregnancy and after giving birth lose some of their hair and in some cases can be quite bad. After the baby is born, rub Almond oil into the scalp and this helps the hair follicles to stimulate and the hair grows back really fast. Almond oil is also really good for dry skin during pregnancy but only put a few drops into the bath water, never rub it directly onto the skin whils expecting a baby! Kushti Bok!

i have done martial arts training, Jeet Kune Do, kick boxing, Muai tai, Kung Fu, Jiu Jitzu, Kali, and Panjak Silat.
For Sore Muscles I use a mix essential Oils of Sage Dalmation, Clary Sage and lavender (equal parts). Very effective, will go away in a few hours...
And Yoga exsercises are very Good. i recomend Yoga to everyone, with a good teacher of course, because there is a lot of watered down versions.

If you ever have a sinus (nose) infection or just need to clean out the sinuses, This is the best method and I've seen it do miracles.

This is called "Netti" in the Yoga System it is a Kriya or purification excersise.
1. Get a small Glass of Water and place a pinch (not too much) of Sea Salt in the water.
2. Cup the hand and fill with the salt water
3. Close one nostril and Suck in water through nose and bring out through mouth
4. Repeat on other side.

It sounds more painfull than it actually is, although if you have an infection it will hurt more, but that means its working and that is good. I do this every now and then to clean out my Nazal Cavities, it can be done regularly.

Head Ache

This cure for a head ache was shown to my by some Egyptian friends who always did this when they had a bad head ache. Tie a soft thick cord around the head as is comfortable to you. This changes the shape of the head fractionally but will ease the ache immediately. I have told friends about this simple remedy and each time I have been that it worked immediately. Remember that this will only work as long as the cord is in place. If after removing the cord the ache still remains seek alternative treatment.

I know that the herb mugwort underneath your pillow can increase lucid dreaming but I used it to rid nightmares. Mugwort is magical!

Traditional use of medicines is recognized as a way to learn about potential future medicines. The scope of herbal medicine is sometimes extended to include fungal and bee products, as well as minerals, shells and certain animal parts.
